Looking inside the numbers of the Tribeca condos sales stats, from January to the end of May, will provide some insights in the the over all function of the sub market for condos in Tribeca.

Points from Jan – May 2012 of Tribeca condo sales:

  • March saw the highest volume of closed sales in both the under 3MM and over 3MM segments
  • Outside of March no month had more than 20 closed sales
  • March had the highest total of sales in Luxury category >3MM
  • the >3MM segment showed a consistently high average PPSF than the <3MM segment
  • Inventory across all segments remains low
  • Volume of sales was greatest in the highest segments and almost non existent in lower segments
  • Prices and demand remain very strong in the Tribeca condo market.
